Congratulations! We have successfully reached sufficient interest to give the Tour the green light! But now comes the important part - we need you to complete the Commitment phase including the payment of your deposit and any scheduled payments. Commitments and Deposits are due Now.

A Commitment form must be completed for each Tour Participant.

One person Can complete all of the forms if they have all of the necessary information.

 

Deposit payment and Payment Plan

 

The Tour Leadership has established the Tour Payment Plan as follows:

​

$2000.00   Payment - Sept 15, 2024 *This includes the initial $500 deposit.

$1500.00   Payment - Nov 15, 2024

$1500.00   Payment - Jan 15, 2025

Final Payment - March 15, 2025 - based on actual budget with refundable contingency built in.

 

*Payment details:

We will be accepting the following forms of payment (in order of preference):

• e-transfer:

  • An e-transfer sent to info@westwindsmusic.org (auto-deposit is on, no security question required). Please put the name(s) of the tour participants in the message field.

• Cheque:

  • If you are a Westwinds member, a cheque can be provided to your Group Manager IN A SEALED ENVELOPE for deposit into the secure Westwinds cupboard. If you choose this option, please ensure that you email the office (using this link) to let us know that you have done that and also include the following information in your email:

    • Name of the individual that the cheque is from

    • Names of the Participants that the cheque is covering

  • If you are Not a Westwinds member and are choosing this option please email the office (using this link) so that we can watch for your cheque. Please ensure you mail it in time to meet the payment schedule deadlines.

• Credit/debit card through Stripe:**

  • The amount will be $2,058.50 in order to account for the processing fee that Stripe charges. IMPORTANT: If for some reason the Tour is cancelled, your payment will be returned to you LESS the processing fee.

  • Your debit card must have either the Visa or MasterCard symbol on it to work with this processor. The funds will be immediately withdrawn from your bank account.

    **You must have a Westwinds account to use this feature. You will be prompted to either log into or create an account if you don't have one. We strongly recommend that you create a Westwinds account as we may use this for other Tour purposes.​​

DO NOT MAKE YOUR PAYMENT BEFORE YOU SUBMIT YOUR COMPLETED COMMITMENT FORM(S). 

This will make it more difficult for us to reconcile the information.

 

Paying the Payment on the website

 

You can pay for one or more Participant Deposits using the website in a single transaction.

• Enter the first and last name of the Participant in the text box.

• Click on Add to Cart

• The Cart sidebar will appear

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​To enter another Participant click to the Left of the Cart window, change the name of the Participant and click on Add to Cart. When you are done adding all of the Participants, click on the View Cart button.

• You will see the final cart screen before checkout. The names of the Participants will be shown on this screen.

• ​​​​​​​​​​​​If you need to, you can make corrections here by deleting an item. The back arrow in the browser does not always take you back to the page, so you may need to click on the link again in order to get back to the right page.
